Introduce Yourself : The Magic of Introducing Yourself. by Laurie Ashbourne

The Magic of Introducing Yourself.

I don't always participate in Introduce Yourself Weekends; the last time I did, was in April, my post went like this: What’s Your Story? Hi, Everyone! I've been doing 32 for a long time and loving every minute of it. If anyone needs proof of the power of connections, I've got a truckload. I'm a writer, producer, and story consultant. EVERYTHING starts with a good story, and I'd love to know yours and add to my Rolodex. I'm open to all, but particularly interested in finding a solid roster of folks that make magic behind the scenes (post, vfx, casting, line producers and crew). April is the month when a door always closes and opens to a new season. Come on in! I was surprised at the amount of people who filled the comments with their stories and as fate, karma and wonderful world of Stage 32 synergy, would have it... JUST TODAY, I signed a contract to adapt the book of one of those people who took time out to tell me a very personal story. Depending how it lands, I may even produce it. While I in no way, need anymore projects to take on, I ask again – What’s your story? Have a great weekend everyone, get pecking and make a connection.

Hi Laurie, I am still living my story and hopefully this chapter is coming to an end soon. But, as in all stories there are ups and downs, challenges in faith, and personal growth. Everything in its season you know? Nevertheless , Its nice to make your acquaintance.

You're too kind, Spike. But I thank you and happy our paths have crossed.
