Hi, Kate. Just looked over your credits. Very impressive. I'm in LA, too, but am in the process of optioning a script to an indie producer in Austin, Texas (we met at the Austin Film Festival). Torn between the Hollywood dream and where the real opportunities lie. You seem to be bridging that gap well. If you have a chance, check out my logline for THE FLID SHOW and see if it interests you. It's set in England, was in the Top 50 of the Nicholl a couple years ago (out of more than 7,000 scripts), has second-rounded in Austin four times, was a Sundance Screenwriters Lab finalist, a featured script at the IFP Market, and has attached to it a remarkable English actor named Mat Fraser, who played the lead in the stage play and became a bit of star last year in AMERICAN HORROR STORY: FREAK SHOW (he's uniquely qualified to play the role).
