Introduce Yourself : Hi Folks, I'm Joseph Shellim hailing from Australia. by Joseph Shellim

Joseph Shellim

Hi Folks, I'm Joseph Shellim hailing from Australia.

I never realized that 'sweat by the brow' was directed at writers! I like real history, especially to give it an easy modern day entertaining read. The first century History has always been an underlying intrigue throughout. My first book in 2014, "Ben Hur II - Exile" is a work of ten years research with scholars, writers, religious figures, historians and discerning members of the general public. I took actual historical archives and re-wrote them for today's audiences. My next book will be relased in Jan 2016 "Philistine-To-Palestine: Exposing the World's Greatest Deception". The intention is to make both as Mini-Series. Meanwhile, don't tell me the sky is the limit. There's footprints on the moon. GOOD WISHES TO ALL FOR 2016.

Louisa Torres

Hello Joseph! Your book looks like an awesome read. I appreciate history as well, especially when it's based on fact! What upcoming ideas do you have for your next book? I would like to talk about possibly collaborating with you on the true history of ancient Egypt. Do you have any interests on that topic? Nice to meet you!

Joseph Shellim

Hi Julie. Thanks.

Joseph Shellim

Hi Louisa, thanks. I wanted to write a black-com, to up the ante on Borat & Dr. Strangelove. But I fell into history by accident. Egyptian history – which one pre-7th century was not Arab. What are your views of the Merneptah and Amarna letters? My new book opens with this page: Left. The first time the name Israel (Yisrael) is found outside of the Bible. [“The Merneptah Stele” - aka Israel Stele, dated Early 13th Century BCE , 1213 to 1203 BCE]. •Centre. The first time the name Hebrew (Hibiru) is found outside the Bible. [“The Amarna Letters”; 14th Century BCE; 1350s – 1330s BCE]. •Right. The first time the name David is found outside of the Bible. [“Tel Dan Stele”; late 9th Century BCE, mentions "House of David" (bytdwd/Beth David].
