Nearly all festivals accept shorts (I’ve seen ‘em down to 1 minute). Most block showings into 2 hour segments so they can run multiple films per block and still have time for the Producer’s intro and Q & A. Depending on the Producer’s/Director’s comments, a 10 minute film can easily become 15/20 minutes of exposure.
