This site is fabulous! The people who I've come in contact here are skilled and knowledgeable and just the most professional. I'm a Media Content Producer, 1AD, Script Supervisor, Writer, Editor and MUA! My roots are in SFX, Broadcast Television and Independent Film. Yes, I truly can do it all. :-) I'm in the SF Bay Area which you may assume gets NO love from the indy film community. But that isn't so. We have a booming subculture up here and I encourage you all to come find out about it. Please reach out to me and let's chat about YOU! Veronica Craven

Oh, man. What a great intro. You surely do do it all. Looks like I know what I want to be watching next weekend. Pocahauntus. Now I just need to figure out how to get my hands on it. :) Good to see you in the lounge Veronica, I'm the senior Web Developer for Stage 32 - if you ever have any questions about this website... I'm your guy.
Thanks Madison and Tomasz! Madison, like wise! Networking and getting to know people is the cornerstone of the industry. Good luck with your venture, I can remember the surreal excitement when one of my scripts was optioned! Tomasz, you will laugh your butt off with that movie, it was rated the worst B-Movie by Rotten Tomatoes of 2006! We still sell about 2 copies a month of Pocahauntus! You sure have done a great thing with this place, Tomasz!
Hi Aray, LOL Yes, those hats have accumulated over my long career. That is fascinating, a spoken word poet. That takes timing and a quick wit! Being wide open and reaching out is all you need to meet new people. Glad we met!

Yes, agree. Unlike anywhere else, the people here are trying hard to help writers succeed.
The people here are amazing and supportive, Tao, agreed!

SF Bay Area is THE Indy place!! People are happy to make things, and it isn't all about the money, or the biz.

Nice to make your acquaintance, Veronica!
Hi there Veronica! I've always wondered what it's like up there, L.A is never welcoming when it comes to the independent circuit, too many rules and permits out here.
I love LA, I've always had great working experiences there. It's just a little different up here. :)
