Decide on what message you want to deliver. Then ensure that you deliver it as often as possible. Keep your answers short and crisp. If it's live you've got the floor so use it. If it's recorded then most of what you say won't be used so make sure what you do say contains your message. Make it as hard as possible for them to edit what's important to you out.
