Just writing this to introduce myself. I am a TV journalist, documentary film maker, author, former film student, coffee maker, dish washer and a part time revolutionary! I am starting to work on my first feature film script (a sci-fi) and was looking to get in touch with an online screen writing community that I could develop with. Hello Dara: It is over-whelming just like any project is in the beginning. My goal is to make a realistic science fiction which is not another swash-buckler or a Western set in outer space. While I am reading a lot of sci-fi, I am trying not to be directly inspired by anyone. My work as a science journalist is what I am using as the ideological fuel. We will see how it progresses.
