Why is time running out?
My health is bit challenging and I have put a deadline, have been waiting for my work to be noticed since 5 years. Well I am glad I found my partners... friends I wished and prayed for.
friends don't let friends write screenplays (for free).
Friends help each other, Danny and I have good friends. While I totally agree nothing is ever free really, but friends who promote one another to grow would not expect or demand any "fee". That's the best way to build a community else there will never be any stage 32
But Evelyn just said she's no longer well enough to write it. So she's looking for someone to write it with/for her. I have lots of friends, but I wouldn't take 4 months out of my life to write their script for free.
Dan & Danny! I believe there are people who understand the difference in working/writing for someone (employee) and with someone (partner). I have collaborators who are trusting friends from here... we're helping each other and that means we not only share work equally but every penny of my earnings too. Yes my health is challenging but I don't put the entire responsibility on my friends to do everything for me. I hope that's clear."If we can't help a friend - we're not friends just acquaintances."
