Filmmaking / Directing : Old home videos by Allen Pledger

My wife has a lot of home videos of her while she and her brothers were young. Now we have all seen movies that have a flash back or two in the story line and they always look like their mother or father is behind the camera begging them to do something or say something stupid. So my question is this, who should I get in touch with to ask if such films are needed in upcoming productions or clips?
