I'm always confused when I see things like this. Aren't there contracts and such? In my past life, before writing, I was a Construction Project Manager and one could never just 'walk away' from a contract. I know it happens in this industry. I just don't know how it's possible. Do they request to be released? How does it 'actually' happen?
Kyle- Thanks we are all doing our best to not only hone our craft, But it is helpful to know what is going on in the industry. You never know who you will be sitting across the table in a pitch meeting. The more you know the better the results.
