Your Stage : Seeking contributors for silent film actresses book by Minda Powers-Douglas

Hi, everyone. I'm writing a book about silent film actresses and their graves, and I'm inviting people to share their thoughts on the actresses of that time. My previous books have all been about cemeteries with the goal of getting people to appreciate them and the lives of those who came before us. With this book, I want to recognize the importance of the silent era and its stars. So many have forgotten they existed (or didn't know in the first place if they're of the younger generations) or don't know much about the silent movie era. I am researching as many of the ladies as I can, but a critical part is to show the connection to them that current fans or historians have for them today. I will be writing another volume on the gentlemen of the era in the future. There are so many stars that I could probably write multiple volumes. If any one of these sound like you, I would love to hear from you: - Fan of a particular silent actress(es) - Fan of a particular silent female director, producer, writer, etc. - Film historian with a focus or interest in the silents - Filmmakers/artists who have been inspired by silents I can't wait to hear from you.
