Well, you've done good so far. I've read books specifically on writing for animation by multiple authors, including Christy Marx and Jeffrey Scott, and they say that most animated features are done in-house. However, I've also read that the script formats for those - and the few that aren't done fully in-house - are basically the same as live-action. The same storytelling principles and tips and tricks apply. Of course, a quite big difference from live action is that 99% of the time you'll be writing for kids, so you have to keep your audience in mind.

You don't need a book on writing for animation, you just need to tell a good story in script form. Yes, you need to understand the genre, but you can do that any number of ways. If you are set on writing for animation, learn the industry inside and out, if you get any book get one on storyboarding for animation. The main thing you need to know is why your story should be made as an animated film. The line is so blurred today -- nearly every, live action film has animated components and look at this year's Jungle Book, austensibly a live action adaptation of an animated film, but 99% of it was in fact animated.
