Enzo De Rosa

Greetings from Montréal.

It’s a pleasure say “hello” to all new artist on Stage32 but also to all folks! I’m a Italian music composer and I have found in 32 Stage a precious place to meet exceptional artists and extraordinary peoples. It is the ideal place for simple and fragile artists (as me), who want to realise great and ambitious projects. I wish you to meet the right people with whom to have the success you want! And if you searching for a passionate and intimate music, don't esitate to contact me! Cheers Enzo

Ciao Enzo, an Italian in Montreal is a great combo. I just watched your clip and you're right, your composing is very intimate and passionate. Loved what you did with that. I also looked at your bio and saw that you worked with Joe Oralandino on In My Brother's Shoes - congratulation on winning the Vatican Film Festival, I was so happy for your crew!

Enzo, ciao! I am writing a novel. Someday I hope it will be a movie. Your music interests me. I grew up as a child with an older brother who listened constantly to the classics, including much Italian opera (none of which I understood, of course, except at the emotional level). The story of my novel involves an accidental time traveler with both a past and a future in Roma. In one scene in particular, there is a reunion of two lovers near the ruins of Tusculum. I can see there a place for original music of great passion and intimacy, of the kind you have presented here. Music is very much a part of my novel. It is a way I make the story come alive in my own mind. But there is also great variety. There are moments that call for everything from modern ballads and hard rocking tunes to ancient pan pipe reveries. This is only natural. Without the transformative effect of music, most stories translated to film cannot achieve their full potential. All a roundabout way of saying your music is of the type that can do that for a story, if the example you have provided is any guide. Well done.
