I am starting to like the idea of going with fear, to at least initiate the challenge and go with the momentum that you've created to get through the challenge, getting into that state of flow. I'm starting to really like this idea of going with your fear and not, sort of, fighting against it, not just, sort of, butting heads with it, but, sort of, just going with it and just going with whatever it is that you have to do, however the stakes may be. I mean really I'm talking -- when I'm talking about fear, I'm talking about, uh, a challenge, that, sort of, fear, of-of not being able to do a task because of anxieties. And I think really it just, sort of, going with it and just starting is a way to just, sort of, manage it and I wouldn't say overcome because you wouldn't really want to overcome the fear, you just want to be able to accept it and deal with it. And I think just going with it and starting and just initiating whatever that task is would at least get you comfortable enough to where you can just go with that momentum and go off of it and then keep going with it to complete the task, whatever it is. And the-the other thing too, is to understand that you are not your fear, you're not anxieties, you're none of those things, they're just moments that you feel, that you go through, they're just periods that you embrace, it just happens and it flows in and out of you every once and a while, that's it, it's not -- you're not your fears, your not your anxiety, your none of those things...they're just feelings. The question of the day: Why not take on that challenge? Why not pursue that? Why not go with the fear?
