Feedback on a 10 page short script

Hey all! I continue to be perplexed about how to connect with an individual or a small group of writers for the sake of feedback, etc. I have friends read things, but only two have real experience in writing and only one of those has challenged me to improve. I'm not looking for compliments, though doubt not my ego is as needy as anyone's, but what I seek is alternative perspectives to help me break through the fog of struggling to break free from common intermediate writing flaws and shortcomings. I know I've got 'em, I just still need help seeing them and getting my head around them. SO! My point is - I thought I'd just post here - I have a 10 page short script that I'm hoping to shoot this fall, but I want to make it the best script I can, not just a decent script. Are there any fairly experienced writers here, who would be up for giving it a read and giving me basic feedback. I don't mean to abuse anyone's valuable time, so any feedback is graciously accepted. I guess if so, should we just exchange emails? Is there some way to facilitate said activity here on S32? And finally, I am happy to reciprocate as best I can for other people. :) Thanks for reading and considering and whatnot!

Hey Roderick, I'll read it. I'm just up the road here (TUS) and have award winning shorts and scripts behind me... why haven't we met at Independent Film Arizona? Anyway, I'm going to Burbank Film Fest this week, but I can read ten pages and give you my thoughts.

Thanks! I'll toss you an email Philip!

Philip Sedgwick

Great. I'll take a first look during UA halftime!

Haha! Sounds good - sorry it took me a while, but 'tis sent! :)
