Hi everyone. I am David, and although I am striving to move up, I am still close to the bottom on the ladder of experience. I suppose it might be natural to think that many people have more experience than we have, and so maybe we are reluctant to reach out and ask for help when we think that most people will not come down to our level to help us. But I am striving to make a few very short films. I have already made a couple, and edited them myself; but I have seen that the final products are not as good as they should have been. So I am inviting fellow creatives to assist me with bringing a few short story ideas to life. I figure I will be mostly willing to take a back seat in the arena of production, as long as the original story is not diluted too much. I've only been working with a phone camera, since that is the only equipment I have. But at least the good news is that the quality can only get better if you are able to use better equipment which you might have. I am not able to pay at this point, but at least we can gain more experience, and have fun, and maybe meet a few new network connections. And you can feel satisfied that you are helping a new filmmaker. And you might even learn something from me. And of course, on a similar note, if you need help, please reach out to me. Thank you.

Hi, Creg. I am David. It was cool to see you and your YouTube trailer. I don't know that I can really add anything to your medical genre, since the only things I've done so far mainly fall under the comedic umbrella. I would not mind working with others, who do other genres; but I've basically only done a few short comedic scenes (almost too short to even be considered "short films"). If you feel that there would be any reason to see one or 2 of them, I can show you; but otherwise, I would be happy enough to simply be kept in mind for future projects. I realize that I am in a starter position now, but who knows what the future holds........ maybe I'll be a man who can help you somehow in the future. And in the rare event you want to do a very short and sweet scene or film if you are close to my area (Washington DC), I would be happy to meet in person. I also can travel, for an acting role, or if you really feel like you need me specifically (behind or in front of the camera).
