I wrote some Stories

I'm passionate story writer but I really don't know how I can convert those stories into Movie Scripts.. IS there some specially Protocols? Kindly assist me accordingly.

Manpreet, there are lots of helpful books about screenwriting, for example, Save the Cat, by Blake Snyder. You can pick up the fundamentals and learn proper formatting etc. which would help get you started. Best of luck

Thank you so much for your recommendations. I'll follow accordingly.

I like Emile and John's book suggestions. Another good way to learn is to read and compare scripts with finished films. There are lots of good resources on the web where you can find downloadable pdf's of scripts. One is Simply Scripts http://www.simplyscripts.com/ Most commercial screenplays have a very definite structure that comes out of classical Greek drama and owes a lot to European theatre/ opera and American vaudeville. One of the biggest questions to ask about a project before beginning is "is this story interesting and compelling enough to keep an audience committed for two hours."
