Stage 32 issues..... again. :/

Is anyone else experiencing being sent back in time a few weeks, as if the last few weeks spent on the network never happened?

yeah looks like a database error. :( Messages I answered are unanswered, friend requests I accepted are pending, my profile changes were undone, connections lost. very annoying!

Hi Gabriel. Yes, there are some technical issues currently happening with the site. The site seems to have "rolled back" two weeks. There has also been issues with uploading and reading content: images/videos/pdfs — hence the default S32 graphic as a placeholder. These issues are third party related. Tech has been working with them, and working through each one of these issues around the clock. Most content should come back. Just hold on. ;) However some posts may have been lost due to the recent switch to a new server, hardware and hosting problems. But they are doing the best they can with all the man and woman power they have. S32 has a small, but dedicated staff. So it just takes more time. Also, as you might imagine, with hundreds of thousands of active members and hundreds upon hundreds of emails coming in, they're juggling those as well—they are seeing all the tech support reports even if they are not currently responding, so thanks for those! Please know that these issues are being addressed. So again, please hold on. Thank you so much for all the support, contributions, and for your patience. Very very much appreciated. :)

Hi Amber. Yup, again, the site has had recent issues reading and/or uploading images/videos/pdfs due to glitches with the new server — hence the default S32 placeholder graphic. So just hold on. Hi, Dan C. You're welcome. :) Yes, that is a concern—rightfully so! Just a thought... I assume when you purchased on-demand access to the screenwriting conference you did receive an email confirmation of that purchase, right? I would think? Nonetheless, they are on it! Plus I'll send in a message about this concern to the entire team. ;)

Like Dan, I had a purchase erased. Mine was for a pitch session in a few days so I really hope it gets worked out and I don't miss it. Do we get refunds because of glitches?

Sorry, Spring, I personally can't answer those questions. But they (management) are well aware of this problem and are working on it. Again, I would think you would have some other record of purchase, like an email confirmation?—just thinking of my own past purchases, etc. Anyway, I recommend you send an email directly to Happy Writers to confirm your pitch. Okay, so, just in exploring my own purchase history, which I too thought was missing... I found. Perhaps take a look under the "Gear" icon (Your Settings) in the far upper right corner of the website, then scroll down to "Purchase History," and click on that. All mine were listed. However, I have not made any purchases recently. Anyway, perhaps check that out? I hope that helps some. :)

And, I have an UPDATE. I fired off messages to the team and have some new information to share. :)

1 - New Accounts...Creating a new one - if the old one is lost, is fine. If we can recover old info, it will be merged.

2 - Email Notification Issues - Aware of it. And still working on it.

3 - Education/Purchases - Most should be back already. Working on the rest.

4 - Screenwriting Conference - Nothing has changed. Not impacted at all. As it was when they signed up, they'll receive log in info, etc, the day before. :)

Also, to add... Again, perhaps take a look under the "Gear" icon (Your Settings) found in the upper right corner, scroll down to "Purchase History." Perhaps also take a look at your "Email Preferences" and re-set your notifications. Perhaps that will help anyone having trouble. For myself, I have not had any issues with email notifications, so hopefully that may help those of you who have experienced problems. But as stated above, they are aware and are still working on it. ;)

If I've learned anything about the Posse Comitati - ahem, PC crowd - it's that they're extremely aggressive when it comes to getting what they want, how they want it.
