I am, however, a very good writer and an excellent reader. This $25-$40 service is meant for people who don't have the resources listed below. I'm extremely fortunate to have a circle of friends who give me comments (I reciprocate!) but if I didn't, I would definitely pay ... some ... unspecified amount.
I can definitely provide samples of work I've done for others. The fee is possibly negotiable depending on the amount of revision needed, ongoing help, etc.
Think of me as a friendly and useful second pair of eyeballs, and a sounding board. I'm happy to give feedback, help you brainstorm, and provide critique that will help you improve as a writer. I'm not out to destroy you. Also, I'm in no position to incinerate your script. ;p
You might be thinking, WHAT. You want me to pay for what is essentially a writing buddy? Well, we're not necessarily going to be THAT close. XD Also, since I've started meeting newer screenwriters, I'm getting a bit overwhelmed with requests for the above services, for free.
