I'll try keep this as brief as possible. I'm an Irish actor and I was previously based in LA on an O-1 visa for a number of projects, including the feature film 'Imperfect Sky', for which I won Best Supporting Actor at the Sydney Film Festival. I have been filming 2 feature films between Dublin and London over the past year and, unfortunately, my visa has since expired. I'm now looking to get back to the United States...
I have just joined a high profile manager who is assisting me in petitioning for a green card under the "extraordinary ability" category. As part of the process I need to show my "INTENT TO WORK" by submitting proof of upcoming job offers, roles, contracts etc as evidence that I will continue working at the "highest level of my field" as an actor in the United States.
It's a very restrictive category, but this is the final stage of the process, so I thought I'd reach out to those of you who might have an upcoming or in-development project. If there would be a chance of being considered for a part, or attached to the project in some capacity I would really be delighted to chat.
