Introduce Yourself : Screenwriter by Dean Balsamo

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I live in Santa Fe New Mexico. I have a background in the arts-gallery director, art critic and curator and artist myself. I took classes at NYU in the 80s. Wrote five scripts then. One for instance is on a famous Russian sculptor, another on grave robbers in the Southwest. We had kids, put the writing dreams on hold, worked it he magazine industry for 20 years. I've gone back to writing full time. I'm doing a final polish on a script about a young dancer and her involvement with the underworld around the JFK assassination - with the more records being released I hope timing is good - it's an usual slant. And doing prep work on another story involving occultists in southern Cali...during the 60's.
