Introduce Yourself : This year will be my year! by Belinda Delaney

I’ve been very lax in keeping my profiles on sites like Stage 32 up to date, but things have changed and I know I must now use social media to my advantage!

I’ve had a cracking few months! More castings and small jobs than I could have imagined! My demographic is obviously booming! That being said, I’m in Sydney Australia, so opportunities are not as voluminous as LA for example! Still, entering week 4 of the year and heading off to casting 4 ( + 2 Call backs!). They’ve all been for TVC’s though, so my goal this year is to book a role ( small is fine!) in an episodic/soap/ series/ film etc! I’ve hit the ground running this year, so I’m not planning on slowing down! I’ve been acting since I was 6 and trying to make a go of this industry on and off since 1988 - persistence does pay off !! I have a children’s tv show partly developed (at my end that is). Probably have to produce a pilot myself and YouTube it! I find that a bit scary! Particularly the budget side of it! I’ve thrown my hat into the ring for pilot season from Oz though) for the first time! Have talent - will travel! Getting determined to make this year a beauty! Good luck to everyone else too!
