I have just finished editing a teaser trailer for a short comedic film I wrote/directed based around cryptocurrency. I cast myself in it too, because why the hell not.

I'm soon to be moving to LA from Ireland and I'm looking to pitch this project as a pilot for a series of short satirical comedies and sketches based around current trends and technology. Sort of like a funny version of Black Mirror.
Fun trailer. Its the first time I’ve heard of “The Dip”. Its true we live in a society where daily currency enabling us to live is constantly morphing and changing. Why not pitch the idea in UK? You could have a voice over in taster trailer explaining how this new currency concept was brought about, (if as you say yourself) you think the idea might go over peoples heads, it will fill in the blanks so everyone grasps the plot.
