Hello All!

My name is Cali Gilbert and I'm an 8-time bestselling author about to release my 9th book, IT'S SIMPLY FILMMAKING on May 14th.

I'm also a Writer/Director working on three film projects (two docs and a narrative adaptation of my 8th book). I feel so very blessed to be a female filmmaker in this day and age with so many amazing role models to look up to. However, I also feel so grateful for my partner for his continuous love, support and encouragement every step of the way.

As a creative I have been blessed to tap into my Muse (my intuitive higher self) which has been on FIRE of late delivering golden nuggets of pure genius in my work. IT'S SIMPLY FILMMAKING is the first in a seven-book series about filmmaking and how to create a successful career as a female filmmaker.

There are AMAZING men out there who are happy to support us and don't feel threatened by our gifts and talents. I'd like to give them a huge shout-out and say THANK YOU! We're all in this together, using our gifts and talents and creating amazing pieces of art that we can share with the world. I truly believe everyone has a story and should have the opportunity to share that story with the world. That is truly a gift.

One of my film projects has to do with answering your "SOUL'S CALLING" and how life can truly become magical once you are in alignment with your purpose. I've experienced miracles throughout my life, and look back now in such a state of gratitude. Just five years ago I was homeless. Today I'm living my dream, and I believe you can too.
