Athough I have no experience regarding your comic strip animation format, as a long time editor I believe the audio soundtrack is what matters most. There is the crisp clear dialogue track capturing the right combination of vocal wizardry provided by your performers, the appropriate music and sound effects all properly mixed together would be my first priority.
