In your unique talents you say "I can shoot a rifle and a pistol." That might work if you sneak up on them late at night. I got mine by calling the different agencies ever time I finished a screenplay. However I didn't wast my time calling the big agencies.
Write a spec showing some sense of story craft, point of view, voice, some genre expertise, show reps you're a team player, know how to write 1-page synopsis, taglines, outlines, loglines, queries, know when to STFU, listen to notes & career advice, pump out stacks of specs and ideas, a donkey brain for pain and rejection.
The short answer? You earn one. There are various ways but they all boil down to having 3 really well written screenplays. Basically 3 that an agent will read and decide it is in their best interest to hitch their wagon to your horse, so to speak. They've gotta be good.
As stated above winning contests gets it in the public. Pitch sessions do as well. But again it all boils down to having really well written scripts.

1. You would either need to place in a competition or win one.
2. Be lucky enough to get your script in their hands or even pitch to them.
3. Sadly, you must know someone.

Follow my plan:

Set a bear trap line along Sunset Blvd - if that doesn't work, try Dan M's advice.

Doug. It is too hard to catch a snake in a bear trap.
