Hi all. I am looking for some other writers to exchange scripts with and give feedback to each other but in a positive and creative exchange. Anyone up for that?
I think the best way for me to share my work is to give you all a link to my page at Script Revolution. I am not trying to get anyone to sign up for this page but it makes more sense for me rather than emailing PDF's all over the place. Please let me know how I can read all of your work. You can email me here and I will send out my email to you if that works better. If you all have other pages that feature your work send me a link.
I'd be happy to help but I'm a bit swamped at the moment. If anyone wants to read an 8 page short and the first 10 pages of a feature, they're on my profile. Always looking to improve my abilities so all feedback welcome.
Posted. Coach Murphy, it seems to be the TV Pilot that gets the most likes. Working on a crime drama from the perspective of the Internal Affairs investigators.
I'd love to be a part of this. However, my responses would be an audience, not a pro by any means. I can give you gut reactions. My screenplay is on my profile and I'd love comments on loglines too. Love and Strength to All. I'll start reading the ones available on here as soon as I can.
Vaibhav (Gappu) Vaibhav, your comment has nothing to do with the question. You seem to be new at Stage32 and so I please you not to spam other people's posts. You can easily present your own work directly on your profile or within the lounge "your stage". Thank you in advance.
Hi Shawn. I am interested in trading scripts with you. Could we trade the first 10 pages of our scripts via email and see if we'd like to continue, and if so...then exchange full scripts? My email is brown.ambers@yahoo.com.
So I hope everyone is getting something out of these collaborations, good notes, valuable connections and great feedback. Plus reading some great scripts.
Vaibhav (Gappu) This again is spamming and not relevant for the post's question and idea. Please stop spamming, I already asked you before not to spam. Thank you!
Hey all :) Would anyone be down for reading a drama of mine? It’s a feature. I’m down for reading anything that’s in the crime, action, thriller, romance, drama lane. If so, shoot me an email brown.ambees@yahoo.com.
Hi all, I love the collaboration so great to see every one exchanging scripts and ideas. I want to recommend a new script page that is all about contributors reviewing each other's work. If you are interested PM me and I will send you a link.
I hope everyone enjoyed this and got some great feedback. Sorry, I did not get to as many scripts as I would have liked but if anyone did not get notes please reach out to me and I will be happy to ready your Loglines. So did anyone learn something from this that will help their writing?
Count me in! I have one short script posted on my profile that needs some work, and I'll read anything that I find in my inbox. Just send it to michael.philip.coles@gmail.com (unless it's already on here).
@amber brown : read the script you shared.. it was really an exceptional one which kept me reading till the end and the easiness you maintained throughout has to be appreciated.. expecting more like this from you..kudos
I second Aray Brown If anyone is new to this thread and wants to swap scripts...or isn’t new but wants to swap with someone else in the thread, you can either leave your email or send a dm/email to the person you’d like to swap with.
Are we sharing by what readers want to read or....? I would love to read family drama, romance, emotion driven ensemble stories...? And my pilot is definitely in the TV heart-string pulling drama genre. ...if anyone is into that! :D Up for sharing! Synopsis on my profile.....before deciding to dive in.
Hey Jenna Hogan :) Your pilot sounds interesting. I’d love to read it. I think you’ll love my story Eternal. If you like the log line in my profile, just shoot me an email (brown.ambers@yahoo.com) with your script and I’ll reply with mine.
Hi friends, we are from different countries but with the same thoughts and working in similar field. myself a director cum script writer from kerala, India. Would anyone be up for reading a romantic drama feature or a 1-hour drama pilot? If so, please email me brown.ambers@yahoo.com. I’ll read anything except sci-fi/fantasy just because I don’t know much about those genres.
Amber Brown I would love to read your romantic drama. If you want to send it, please email me at jondgriffin3@gmail.com. I have a romantic comedy if you would like to read it.
Clevie J Padmore The way it’s mostly been working is you email the script you want feedback on to the person you’re requesting feedback from and they reply sending you the script they want feedback on. My email is above if you want to swap with me.

So I hope everyone is getting something out of these collaborations, good notes, valuable connections and great feedback. Plus reading some great scripts.
Hank Biro I will download your sci-fi scripts the next days and fight myself through it. It's not my fav genre, but for you I will do it.

I can offer constructive criticism as long as you can. :)
Hi all, sorry I am behind on responding to scripts and will get back to reading tonight.
Shawn - just cross over the I-5 or 205 bridge; you'll find more screenwriters than you know what to do with.

Amber Sharelle - I sent you an email, however, it bounced back.

Aray Brown No, it wasn’t strange to me when I read it. Are you asking because he’s a male?
It's great this engagement/encouragement between all of us. I'm not too good at writing , yet, but I know that day is about to come.
Yes, count me in!
Wait, 3 weeks ago?? Haha, am i too late to the conversation??

Hi :) I know I'm like four weeks behind on this topic but I would love to be a part of it. I Have a script I would dearly love some feed back on.
Hi Pamela! No problem :) yeah Sorkin has a sort of poetry to his dialogue, and Tarantinos subtext is just well, Tarantino.
Doug- Has the feeling of a "TWILIGHT ZONE" episode. You are in good company with Rod Serling.

Sure, I’ll try. Send me a PM.
As long as you are reciprocal. I like my scripts read too.
I have an eye for fantasy, syfy, crime, drama and comedy.
Can’t do horror or terror. Real life is enough for me in those genres.
Depending on where you are located I have found this a great group for writers who want to test out their scripts.

Hi everyone. There are some public websitr options out there also. Just to chime in.
There's scriptmother dotcom - you submit feedback and in return get "credits for others reading your script - very loose quality IMHO.
And there are others too, but this seems to be the best of the lot of this sort of thing I tried.
Amber Brown I would love to read your romantic drama. If you want to send it, please email me at jondgriffin3@gmail.com. I have a romantic comedy if you would like to read it.
Hey Jon Griffin just emailed you :)
Okay. I will take a look, Amber Brown :)
Amber Brown I have sent you my romantic comedy via reply of your email.
Also Talentville.com still does peer reviews.
Amber Brown I just emailed you another script for your feedback. It is a short film titled "The Friend Zone".
I’m up for a bit of good sharing and constructive feedback!
Jon Griffin Can you please resend it? I haven’t received it for some reason.
This sounds great! I would love to be a part as well!

I would suggest this group. It meets once a month, cost five dollars. It is a great opportunity for a writer to see their work performed.
