I’ve been knee deep in a screenplay and TV series (pilot and bible) for the last nine months. The idea of being on a social network to chat about my work seems awkward when I’m in the middle of something. But it’s nice to know the network is here! Starting a new draft of my screenplay... and I love the process. Yes, I’m anxious and impatient but I’ve learned this: putting my butt in the chair with a daily routine is the only way. How else am I going to climb Everest? (It’s how I’ve written two novels and published a dozen short stories.) Just write. And feel good about yourself. Because the outside world does not understand. :) And yes, I have a daily job and family. But I do it. It’s not bragging. I’m just telling you all to just do it!

David: wow....a day job..a partner...a family....pets....you commute to work...you eat...you sleep one-third of your day....you shower...maybe do some yard work...hopefully you walk the dogs...some house work....and you still found time to do all that you did. Geez man...you're like a Super-Dave! Congrats, bro.
It's a little symbolic, too....that it took you nine months to do all that...nine months...you know what nine months symbolizes....Super-Dave!
Oh man...now I gotta go binge-watch me some Super Dave Osborne on YouTube....I love that dude......
I feel your pain. Or is it I live your pain? Is it really pain?
