Contest and film festival feedback for your script. Is it worth the price?

Most of the top Film Festivals and script contests offer feedback that's normally between fifty to a hundred dollars. I know other writers that regularly pay for evaluations from contests such as Page Awards and Nicholl Fellowship. And, I've read some of the feedback my friends have purchased and it seems fairly competent. A few contests like BlueCat even offer free feedback. But for those contests that charge for their evaluations; is it worth the price of admission? What's been your experience with contest feedback?

Great question and I don't know. I have been investigating the same thing and what I realized is most of the people evaluating the work and the ones you can pitch to if you win are with companies that have had marginal success. So maybe good practice just to discuss our stories with others who are more experienced than I am. If you find out please let me know.
