Wondering the best way to structure a screenplay for a buddy love film with two protagonist. They are paired together for a company trip and ending up coming friends through their adventure together. Any advice?

Am I right thinking this is a road trip movie?
I was actually on a structure course this weekend and we looked at Thelma and Louise but, I imagine you're talking more about two people who start off not getting along and bond over the course of the journey, is that right?
You could read scripts for Green Book, Sideways, Rain Man, Nebraska. They will give you some insight into how the dynamics and structure work.
