Hi, Joe. Perhaps post your production needs on the “Jobs” board found in the upper menu bar. That’s where members post various “want ads” or searches for creative partners, paid or not paid. The craft and business forums are for topic discussion. Best to you and good luck with your project! ;)
You could also search our membership by occupation and location through “Browse” also found in the upper menu bar. Reach out to people in your area who may be a good fit. Again, good luck with your search!
Ha! Redding is my home town (actually Cottonwood)! Haven't lived there in 30 years, but I grew up there. Unfortunately, I'm not a DP. All my connections are here in Reno, which isn't that far away, but maybe too far for a microbudget. Let me know if I can help in any other way (I've done script breakdowns for departments and scheduling, and worked on-set in various roles).
I've got one producer interested, but not enough budget to get started yet. So, I'm kind of going whichever way the wind is blowing. Would you like to read the script?
If it's still around, connect with SOFAT (Southern Oregon Film And Television) in Ashland OR. Also the state office OFAM has a statewide roster. There's a fair amount of activity in Southern OR.

Do you have a daily rate for a DP ?
Not so far, no. Still looking for money.

Cool. Good to know. Thanks, Doug.
