Introduce Yourself : Writer, director, producer, actor by Jason Paul Collum

Hello. Celebrating my 25th year in the film business. I have written & directed 13 feature films and documentaries which have been released world-wide and licensed to/aired on NBCUniversal, SyFy, Chiller, Showtime & On Demand. Among my titles are OCTOBER MOON 1 & 2, SCREAMING IN HIGH HEELS, SOMETHING TO SCREAM ABOUT, SLEEPLESS NIGHTS and SAFE INSIDE. I have worked in a variety of roles on over 25 other films and commercials like THE BROTHERHOOD 1 & 2, FINAL STAB, THE FRIGHTENING, MEGA SCORPIONS, HELL ASYLUM and the BAD MOVIE POLICE series. As you can tell, I'm mostly involved in the indie horror scene and love it. I have also published 3 books and over 60 articles in hard-copy magazines. My book "They Made How Many?! (Mostly) American Horror Franchises of the 20th Century" hit #1 on Amazon's Historical Studies list & #8 on their "Horror" list. Most of my film work has been between Milwaukee, Chicago, Los Angeles and Akron, OH, but I am always available for travel anywhere in the U.S. for the right project.
