There might be a screenwriting MEETUP group near you. Also, check for local filmmaker groups near you on Facebook. That will have screenwriters in it. Finally, if any of the local colleges have film schools that is a good place to look for collaborators. You might also meet people to collab with at film festivals near you. Good luck.
