This afternoon word came across the pond that my screenplay, CACTUS JUNCTION, was selected into the 2019 Shepparton Screenwriting Festival. I am particularly pleased since I wrote this western (Erin Brokovich meets Deadwood) with two actors in mind, both of whom I met at the Dam Short Film Festival earlier this year. Next thing you know, I'll be reaching out to other talent I have in mind, securing LOIs, then officially holding my hat in my hand.
