Introduce Yourself : Filmmaker in Seattle by Brendan Thatcher

Hi everyone! I've been on Stage 32 for years now, but have not been as active as I'd like. I listen to a podcast called, "Making Movies Is Hard", and one thing they talk about in an episode is that independent filmmakers should "dig their oil well" in order to support themselves as they make films. I'm trying to break into the tech industry in Seattle, and hope that will allow me to make films on the side. Because of that, my time is very limited. I'd love to hear your filmmaking journey, and how you pay the bills while creating film.
