Listening to Atlas Shrugged (unabridged) on Audible, the monologue by John Galt towards the end of the book is 3 hours long!!! Geezo. I once had a drum teacher who monologued so much you could never get a word in.

Can you imagine some film mogul's weenie-boy assistant giving Ayn Rand script coverage and telling her that her monologues are too long?
