Somehow I get script ideas in bursts - two or three compelling ideas in a short period. As it happens with other writers, I do not want to let any of them go and try working on all of them simultaneously. I realize it is not a good idea to ride multiple boats, but what to do?
Any suggestions, folks?

I was reading a thread about this in the screenwriting lounge, I'll see if I can dig it up.
When totally involved in finishing a script, in deadline mode, fresh ideas come to me in the middle of the night which does nothing towards having a full night's sleep, but does wonders for my script. The secret is going over the various possibilities before you sleep, literally feeding your brain, letting your brain know all about whatever the problem is. Brains love solving problems, and make great partners. Sounds weird but it works.
