Did not read anything about those procedures, but this would be my humble logic:
So let us hypothetically say that - by some kind of a miracle - the virus does not come back. Then we will slowly physically interact more and more when time goes by. Humans simply can not contain a "1.5 meter society" for long. Concluding there is only a temporarily"new normal"...
If it does come back, we must pray that we get a vaccine. Contrary to what most people think, it is not guaranteed that we will 'ever' find a vaccine.
As long as there is no vaccine, then in life and in the movie business, there must be constant checks when people travel from A to B. Do they carry the virus? There will also be more expensive outdoor shootings because outdoor the chances are fewer crew members and/or actors/actresses infecting one another. And how about preventive quarantine before shooting begins. Also, I could imagine 'precisely the same team on set will work on several movies. Only a few thoughts...

I've heard some murmurings about procedures on how to open up safely - both in film and theater. I'm curious what our new normal is going to be like.
I read that it opened up in Iceland?

Rutger Oosterhoff, I agree with your assessment.
Opening up is the least.
