Looks like you have some interesting characters and arcs, characters I would be interested in following on their journey.

However, I feel the opposite about the concept from Sandeep Sharma - I get no sense of the story or the characters. I wouldn't have known it was a dramedy except you mentioned that in the OP.
The thing about dramedies is that they are really, really character-driven. And with no dialogue, I get no sense of the characters, their arcs, no sense of the overall story.
IMO (not that you asked for it, but here it is), of the 2+ minute POF, at least HALF should have been dialogue. Right now, it comes off as a Desperately Seeking Susan-ish music video.
Very well done visually, but not a great display of the STORY (which is the SHOW).

Thanks for the feedback, John. To be clear this is one of many trailers for the proof of concept. More of a music video to set the tone and have fun. Take a look at the teaser trailer video for 'Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' from David Fincher. The song sets the vibe and gives you a peek into the world. Also, where I am a huge Madonna fan, I think your music genres are a little off :)
