After years of work, I'm finally closing in on being able to make a pitch to a major network. It's been quite some time since I looked into pitching, so I was wondering if anyone would have some useful advice.
For instance, what does my pitch need to consist of? I have the script ready to go, characters, plot, concept art, and even some business strategies. But given I've never done this before, I have no idea how to present much more than the script itself.
Does anyone have personal experience in handling pitches that might have some good insight for me?
See FAQ Section, Blog, and Education Sections.
Tasha Lewis Sorry for the late response, but I've been busy lately.
None of those are particularly helpful to me.
I'm not talking about a pitch organized through Stage 32's services (which is what FAQ refers to), and I was asking in a post here because I was hoping for advice from people who have done pitches before, so that I know what I need to have ready to go in with.

Michael, I had very pleasureful experience last year en vivo in front of couple of dozens producers, distributors, directors, etc. I had one day preparation with a mentor. As all of my notes were handwritten, I hope I still have them. Feel free to PM me, I might be able to share something with you.
