I made a musical from my web-series and movie Hell's Kitty. New Musicals Inc. financed it and it sold out its theatrical run as part of 2019 Hollywood Fringe Festival. It's a great way to continue developing an IP and fun, especially, if you are a writer and musician. Not sure about theater these days or into next year though.
