Introduce Yourself : Struggling screenwriter by Steven Gibson

I had been screenwriting for a hobby for over several years, and I love doing what I do. I want to turn my hobby into a career, but I struggle with it. It's hard to break into the film and television industries these days. And I hope that this website could help me break get into the film and TV industries. I had tried pitching my script to this guy I found, but the executives say that I need more work into my story, and they pass on that idea. I had entered 2 of my other scripts to this contest for animation, along with TV. Being an adult with Autism along of having a dream career is very hard. I want to make this easier for me, and so I want to make my career in screenwriting happen.
