Like Dan MaxXx said “nonsense”. Convincing people that these scores have any meaning is the con carried out by scammers. The cottage industry of services offered to writers has NO impact on the industry. Producers could careless.
They may be a soundboard for the writer. But no one else cares.
Very strong opinions on this one. I don't think any ONE opinion is definitive on this - the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
When it comes to screenwriters aiming for a writing standard, under the rating of Pass, Consider and Recommend, surely most writers are aiming for a Recommend?
To suggest that any other standard is acceptable is not helpful . . . it almost implies writers can be lazy and craft doesn't matter.
Are there script services out there preying on writers with feedback, polishing promises etc - YES, but that applies in every service you can think of. Buyer beware, do your due diligence, develop your own inner critic, all of that applies.
If the exception above is THE argument against having a standard, then the real issue may be a lack of self-reflection and honesty when receiving less than desirable feedback . . .
Nobody is going to shake a coverage rating in a producer's face as a reason to read a script - there are many reasons producer gel with a script, but let's not pretend that seasoned industry folk can't tell good scripts from bad ones and that standards and craft are things that only apply to everyone else, or not at all
If a producer wants to make your script, that's been written in crayon either run a mile or cash the cheque, FAST! . . .
You need to be in that top 3% with a Recommend to stand out.

no such "thing" as a pitch rating. That's script ccverage/contests nonsense.
