Ciao Stage 32 familia!
I'm new to the community and have returned to the industry (my first love) after a hearty career as a Chef. I've traveled the world and bring a plethora of stories and adventures to my writing and character development.
Currently I have a Dark Comedy in Pre-Development. Working with a veteran Line Producer in Hollywood to put a Top Line Budget to it and get it ready to Market. It's NorCal and SoCal based and a 100% Location Shoot film. Should be a blast once we get it off and running.
Looking to make some connections and hopefully land some Representation (Agent) and get the thing Optioned.
I also have a Feature period piece, that is on the Market but because of the Epic nature and Big budget required, I'll be turning it into an Episodic for streaming with International Distribution.

I’m sure you’ve already discovered the Screenwriting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting), but definitely reach out on the Acting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/acting) for insight into characters, dialogue, and even when you want to generate interest in a virtual table read! Table reads are a great way to generate interest in your script.
Keep in mind that these lounges are like the VIP Filmmaker's Lounges at Film Festivals, so this is where you can meet the people doing the work, get advice on anything you're working on, and/or give back to those who may need advice. Did you kill the Chef character with glazed eggplant? You just gotta put that in a scene.
