Recently a thread discussed research and background for screenplays, and the fact that, often, we end up using Mr. Google as our main research assistant.
In another thread, @Myriam B generously offered to check French dialogue for people.
Sometimes you just need to ask one small question of a real person with the specific experience or knowledge you are looking for, to get the ball rolling. I had two real life sources for my current project, and they were so helpful.
So, it occurs to me that we, those who are willing, could all help each other that way.
If you are willing, post your areas of expertise or experience that you would be willing to share.
So, I'll start:
Languages: Danish and Greek, plus I have studied a bunch of others, so fair knowledge of grammar, history of language, and linguistics.
I have lived in Greece a long time and know Athens well. Also have a decent working knowledge of Greek history, politics, art (ancient, medieval and modern) etc.
Fair amount of experience dealing with the intersection of diplomacy and security.
Cancer "survivor" (I don't like that word), who went through ALL the treatments, so whatever you need to know there, unfortunately I can tell you.
Probably other stuff as well, but those are the main ones, I think, that might be relevant to someone.

I like this Christiane Lange Christiane. We all have unique experiences and an overlooked wealth of knowledge unique to our circumstances yet we don't always write with it all in mind and it's great knowing people when you have questions whilst writing.
So here's a couple of unique things about me for the writing community 'experience trust';
I'm an Australian living in Far North Queensland.
I lived in Papua New Guinea for a few years.
I've been in the aviation industry for like 25 years. (yes, I'm that old)

I like this idea, too.
I spent 18 years as a volunteer EMT for the county ambulance service.
Living with a severe head injury since 1984.
Born and raised in small town Iowa.
Been watching Dr. Who since 1974. I know, I just like to brag that "I was watched Dr. Who before watching Dr. Who was cool."

Christine Lange "no-mans land" is really very accurate. The houses on the street I live on have just as many dogs as people. If you add cats the pets outnumber us.
