A little background on me: I was a Bartender in South Florida / South Beach (during the "Miami Vice" era) where I studied acting for 12 years ('85 through '97) in Coconut Grove Theater Conservatory, Mental Floss Improv, and college (92 - 94 in NY). I also worked in Production (freelance PA - multiple departments) then pivoted to Post Production after Film School in 1998. I am now a passionate Post Production Specialist with over 21 years of Advertising Agency / Broadcast Television / Video Game Development (AAA Titles) / Theme Park Media experience as a Colorist / Editor / Motion Graphics Designer / Compositor / Visual FX Artist and more. Proud VES / CSI / FilmFlorida Member - always ready to collaborate with Studio and Independent Producers, Directors, VFX Supervisors on all levels & budgets (TV Shows / Commercials / Films / Short and Long Form / Cinematics / Passion Projects and much more). I love what I do so much that when I am not doing it, I am dreaming about doing it.
Please check out my profile materials, videos, LinkedIn, Website, etc. and reach out anytime. I would love to connect with like-minded artists, collaborate and have fun! Cheers!

Congrats on such a storied career - 34 TELLYS? That is really impressive. I checked out your reel and you are a really talented colorist. I also saw theme park media experience - that must have been really fun, what did you work on with that?
Hi Amanda, Thanks! I have worked on media pieces for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios Orlando, Beijing & Japan and CityWalk (previz & media). Some pieces currently on display - some not yet installed :) COVID-19 caused mass layoffs in Universal Creative and my role was unfortunately eliminated. Looking for new adventures!!

Sorry to hear about your position Joey, but what a wonderful vibrant experience you must have had along the way. I'd be so curious to learn about that. I'm going to send you DM.
