TV Writers / Showrunners, what are your thoughts on this? Are writer's going to lose value? or is this a shift we all need to get on board with, and thus the value we gain will change?

Yet reading those who have not blue checkmarks and actually do the labor, see complaints that even medical insurance can't be covered up with the incomes...pretty poor reality for all them daydreamers awaiting on the gates...
