This is my first time making a post. I'm new here. I'm more of a reader than a poster which I understand posting is what makes a community grow so, here I am posting.
Hi, I'm pretty awkward with introductions so here it goes! My name is Tawanna but my dad calls me Frank, my family calls me a lot of other nicknames, and my friends call me T. My favorite color is yellow... I do a lot of things, but most of all I’m a mom, wife, and lifelong learner.
I have always wanted to work in television or on movie sets but growing up in Texas, I didn't see that as possible back then. I was a graphic designer for years and recently got my Master's in Education. Back in 2004, I got my first IMDB credit for working on a set and I've started to add to it. My latest adventure has been into video production. My youngest daughters wanted a YouTube Channel and at first, I said no. They were persistent so I told them the requirements were originality, good content, and parent supervision. We brainstormed and the Talky Talk Show https://www.talkytalkshow.com/ was born. We converted a bedroom into a studio to record so we have a set in the house and created a production company for them. They get their YouTube channel and I get to work on a set! I hope to improve my scriptwriting and video editing as we go along with their YouTube Channel.
Thanks for reading and I hope you all are having a great day.
Welcome!
Welcome. Now you know I have to ask, where did Frank come from, LOL. Your Dad must be quite a character, smile.
lol He is! The story I was told was there was an old cereal commercial on TV and one of the lines in it was "Give it to Mikey, he'll eat it! He eats anything." I was a chunky baby and apparently ate well so instead of Mikey he called me Frank. Frank? Mikey? Same thing to him lol! I'm 45 and he will still call me Frank. It's said in love and fun.

Thank you Rebecca!
Welcome Tawanna! Thanks for posting and sharing about you!
Hey Tawanna, I'm James. I'm looking for a director to check out my logline and synopsis of my story "Warriors of MA" . It's a nine part saga that I think is the real deal, check it out on my profile. So please give me some feed back on what you think, and let's get this project from paper to the screen. I'm looking to network with anyone who's ready to turn Hollywood upside down!!!
