Hi everyone, my name is Roberto Lopez. For the past 25 years, I worked as a stunt performer, stunt coordinator, stunt rigger, and Director. I was hoping when I first started in the business that if worked my way up the corporate ladder I would eventually lead to directing. But No, that is not how it works. Writers write, painters paint, and filmmakers have to make films. I recently directed a short-action vampire film entitled Vamp Nite. We just started our crowdfunding campaign. I must stay making films is fun, but the fundraising and distribution side is not my favorite. I am however pushing past my comfort zone putting myself out there and we will see where it leads. Hopefully to more actions films that I like to make. lol, best of luck on your journey, and thanks for taking the time to read about mine.

Welcome! I've always said that the Academy needs an award category for Choreographers and Stunt Coordinators, it's such a fine art. It's great that you're expanding out into Directing and such - If Sam Hargrave can do it, so can you. Cheers!

Welcome and first of all best luck for your journey. Directing is hard and it doesn't stop at the work behind the camera. I really hope you'll find your way through the many things a director has to look at. We need more action movies so I can't wait to hear about your projects.

Congratulations on making it this far! You may want to include Subject Matter Expert consulting in your areas of expertise.
