Here's a thought, maybe we as writers do table reads of each other's work. We can hear it as a writer how it sounds and can get feedback from others which can only help us. just a thought

I think the writers' room charges money, but since I am not in the writers' room, maybe I am wrong.

These are great ideas and I wish you all the best. I would have some form of qualification period. Otherwise the generosity of good people can be exploited by the lazy.
